Managing a large commercial and rural portfolio including residential houses in outskirting villages of Singleton, Sarah Williams has a busy, fast-paced role where her ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work really come into their own. Having worked in the industry since 2005, she has vast experience in strategically maximising returns on her clients’ precious investment properties, ensuring she leverages their full potential.

Sarah enjoys the challenge of dealing with a substantial portfolio of properties which differ from the standard residential managements. She loves that no day is ever the same in real estate, offering up new experiences and opportunities to learn and grow.

Her numerous awards attest to Sarah’s drive and commitment, including RER Property Management Performance and Property Management Productivity accolades.

She’s entrenched in the community in many ways, with kids at school locally. A passionate rugby league lover, Sarah has played the role of Treasurer at Group 21 Junior Rugby League and Under 13s and 17s team manager for Singleton Junior Rugby League. She is also a general committee member of the Cessnock  Motorcross club.

A passionate Aussie rules lover, Sarah has played the role of secretary and Under 11s and 15s team manager for Singleton Roosters AFL Club, along with the AFL NSW Rep coordinator for the Hunter Country. She also volunteers at Singleton Junior Rugby League Club.
