With another week of COVID engulfing our lives, buyers that are currently locked down in NSW continue to seek their own place of safety from current and future threats. Wanting certainty and security for their families (away from the more populated metropolitan areas) is still high on their agenda.
Now locked down till August 28th, frustration is building as property inspections are still unable to occur. Many buyers are wanting to purchase properties in our area sight unseen. Once lifted we are expecting a busy market rush.
We feel this buyer trend that has been created will continue for quite some time, even far beyond the virus getting under control. Both residential and rural properties remain beneficiaries of this within our region.
