As Head of Property Management, Licensed Real Estate Agent Rachel Boyd is charged with the task of seamlessly managing Bailey Property & Livestock’s busy Property Management department. Having worked in real estate for almost 25 years, Rachel has spent her entire career building up her market knowledge. She’s undoubtedly one of the region’s most experienced and insightful management professionals, with a deep understanding of the local property landscape.

The ability to help both landlords and tenants through some of life’s most important moments and have a positive effect on their lives is an aspect of her role that Rachel finds immensely satisfying and rewarding.

She loves the variety of properties she has the pleasure of dealing with, from residential and rural to commercial and storage sheds. No day is ever the same, which keeps things fresh and interesting. As testament to Rachel’s dedication to her role, she’s won numerous awards thoughout the years including RER Network accolades for Property Management Productivity Award for Excellence 2017 (team award) and Property Management Performance Award for Excellence 2018 (team award).

A long-time local with a great appreciation for the area, Rachel’s an active member of the community, with children at school and involved in sporting clubs here.
