Demand remains very strong however many of our buyers have been coming from the areas currently locked down. Greater Sydney & the Central Coast. Therefore, we have had to postpone our Open Auction campaigns and create virtual inspection videos to send in the meantime. Local activity remains busy however we will have a substantial bottle neck of built up inspections to carry out once the lockdown is lifted. A little frustrating, however its paramount we do what’s needed within the community to help diffuse this virus.
