While times are difficult for many at the moment, there are some positive glimpses appearing through the clouds for some in our region. The current housing market has certainly helped put a positive spin on the minds of property owners – particularly for those who are in the process of selling their homes and experiencing exceptional (and quite often unprecedented) return on their investment.
With Spring in full force in the Hunter Valley, we are also grateful for much kinder weather. With the drought behind us for now, a much higher rainfall pattern than we have seen for several years and strong livestock prices, we have a lot to be thankful for.
