Pressure Continues to Build

Thank you again for joining us, what glorious Spring weather we are experiencing and Singleton is out of lockdown – yippee! Hopefully we can resume our normal lives in the not too distant future.

Rural prices continue to rise. Last night’s Open Auction of 941 Middle Falbrook Road was nothing short of amazing, exceeding everyone’s wildest expectations to sell for $1,910,500. A massive $360,500 above reserve. Whilst under lock down protocol, Open Auction managed to create 15 strong enquires with 8 contracts issued prior to the auction and 5 parties bidding online on the night. An amazing result, all buyers happy that they received an equal and fair opportunity and of course the vendor’s are ecstatic.

The residential market is also frantic. Under supply is driving it. As more properties hit the market heading into October, the pressure should ease.

If you would like to know more about the mechanics of the Open Auction process or just have a general confidential chat, give us a call anytime.

We’re Bailey, we’re here to get you there.
